Work Showcase
Medi-Cal Mobile Crisis Technical Assistance Center (M-TAC)
Under my leadership, the Medi-Cal Mobile Crisis Technical Assistance Center (M-TAC) has developed and delivered nearly fifty trainings for the California mobile crisis response workforce. Ten of these trainings are required for all mobile crisis team members across the state who operate under the Medi-Cal benefit.
Mobile Crisis Team Standardize Tools
Under a contract with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), I oversaw the development of three standardized tools required statewide for use in mobile crisis crisis. These include a dispatch and triage protocol, a crisis assessment tool, and a safety planning template.
