Provides organizational vision and leadership; manages an internal staffing team of 20 employees, more than 200 consultants, and multiple subcontracting agencies; advises on mental health and substance abuse prevention areas of expertise; leverages insight from more than 20 years in the field at state and national levels; assumes bottom-line responsibility for reporting, contractual and fiscal management, quality assurance, accountability to funders, and scopes of work

Contributes to project-level vision and leadership; communicates with SAMHSA; provides technical and conceptual guidance on services and products; contributes to project plans; supports relationship management with other centers, regions, and agencies; assures quality and scope-of-work fulfillment

Provides leadership on services delivered to more than 200 state, tribal, and local grantees; oversees successful fulfillment of project deliverables and scope of work across 4-year national project; guides implementation of SAMHSA priorities; manages six subcontractors and internal team; provides technical and conceptual guidance on services

Guides planning and delivery of intensive technical assistance services to 36 state, tribal, and Pacific region grantees; oversees development of online and in-person communities of practice and peer learning events; leads multiple subcontractors, including two universities; collaborates with SAMHSA on product development; oversees successful fulfillment of project deliverables and scope of work
