Projects I Support:
Get to know me
I’m a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for person-centered crisis care and trauma-informed support, I bring over a decade of extensive experience providing direct services; working in acute mental health settings, schools, and front-line crisis response and stabilization programs. I have an MSW from Cal State Long Beach, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of CA. In addition to providing direct services, I have contributed to the development of state mandated trainings, provided technical assistance to state behavioral health systems and the crisis care workforce, and program development to strengthen state crisis response systems in both California and Maryland. My work at the state and county levels has included strengthening partnerships across the crisis continuum of care; including partnership between first responders and behavioral health systems. My work as a collaborator at state and county levels aims to shape more compassionate and effective crisis care infrastructures for both communities and the crisis care workforce. Whether in clinical environments, school districts, community outreach, or working with the crisis care workforce I aim to bridge gaps and build connections that lead to meaningful, lasting change. Whether I’m supporting a person in crisis or shaping and supporting crisis systems of care behind the scenes, I’m committed to creating more accessible, human-centered behavioral health support for all. When I am not working, I love to travel, eat, spend time with my pups, and read a good book. I love to test the physical limits of my body through strength training and participating in triathlons.
