Get to know me

As the Director of Data Systems and Evaluation, I lead a cross-functional team of evaluators, instructional designers, and IT professionals at CARS. I help develop strategies and tools to help us collect, analyze, and leverage data to generate insights and automate workflows—always with an eye toward practical application and long-term sustainability.

My work centers on building streamlined, right-sized tech stacks that combine custom and off-the-shelf solutions. I lead efforts to standardize reporting, improve team productivity, and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Across projects, I’m driven by the challenge of making systems work better—for the people who use them and the communities they serve.

I hold a PhD from UC Davis and an Executive MBA from Sonoma State.
