Matt has been designing, developing, and maintaining websites since 2001. He specializes in identity and branding development, printed materials and publications, database development, and online campaigns and promotions. He currently serves as project website developer on the NITT, CCC SMHP, and CPI initiatives. Visual development skills primarily utilize Adobe Creative Suite and include graphic design, freehand illustration, information graphics, photo retouching and restoration, and presentation animation. Examples of customized design solutions requiring technical expertise include online training / eLearning systems templates, coursework slide design, e-newsletter graphics and template creation, and archived video trainings for the web.

Previous to joining the CARS team, Matt owned and operated Bravefish Design and consulted on project websites with CARS and other organizations. Project sites included the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Healthy Student’s Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) Technical Assistance (TA) Center and the Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities Training and Technical Assistance Initiative (SDFSC TTA). Matt enjoys hiking and camping with his dogs and finding time for drawing and digital painting.
