Projects I Support:
Get to know me
My name is Minh Tran, and I am the Project Coordinator here at CARS. I have formal training in Web Design and New Media with an emphasis on UX/Interaction and Visual Design. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience in design and office administration.
I earned my degree in Fine Art (Web Design+ New Media) at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to connect and collaborate with world-renowned brands and organizations. My passion resides in serving diverse communities through inclusive communication and holistic mental health wellness support.
I am a foodie and enjoy exploring cuisines from around the world, which allows me to learn about different cultures and customs. My areas of expertise include coordination, project tracking, and visual design. Most importantly, I am committed to putting people first by providing excellent customer support to our partners and clients.
My superpower is adaptability—listening to people’s needs and finding solutions that work.
I am
Project Coordinator, California Community Colleges Health & Wellness Program (CCC H&W)
My responsibilities involve a multifaceted approach to fostering project success. I oversee data collection and analysis, create reports and dashboards, clean and format raw data, and develop presentation decks, as well as COP, P2P, and learning opportunity flyers and visuals. Additionally, I design innovative social media marketing materials and provide tech support for interactive webinars conducted via Zoom. I also track project progress, provide Community Grantees with essential resources, and supporting seamless reporting compliance with state and federal initiatives through the Orange County Mental Health and Wellbeing programs (OC MH&WB) and the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO), NextUp and EOPS projects.
