I am an initiative-taking, strategic, and hands-on human resources (HR) leader and business partner. I am the Director of People and Culture at Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS), where I use my excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to oversee HR and provide senior organizational leadership. My expertise includes designing, communicating, implementing, and managing competitive and creative solutions based on a holistic view of the organization and its effectiveness in integrating interactions between people, processes, technology, information, and culture. My background includes serving as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, ensuring programs align with strategic business direction, and translating business priorities to human capital solutions that result in consistent experiences for the entire employee life cycle.
